Use Nimo safely
The hosted workspace is the supported private-beta entry point. These docs describe what is live now, not planned features.
2. Pick a project
Tasks and their run history stay attached to the selected company and project.
3. Create and approve
Describe the job in plain language. Nothing enters the run queue until you explicitly approve the task.
4. Use managed AI when needed
Choose NIMO AI for the hosted managed path. Your connected AI is a separate host mode and needs a connected Host/MCP runtime.
5. Watch the run
Live View shows real browser frames when a browser task is running. Take Control is available only after the browser runtime is ready.
6. Sensitive actions
Nimo must stop for approval before a sensitive step. Secure Input is for secrets that should not be copied into normal task text.
7. Usage and budgets
Usage displays recorded run data. Managed AI runs stay inside the configured per-run and workspace budget gates. Unknown cost stays unknown.
