Private beta use
These short-form terms describe the current beta operating rules. A signed customer agreement, if applicable, takes precedence.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the tasks, data, websites and systems you authorize Nimo to access and for having permission to use them.
Approvals
Approval gates are a safety control; they do not mean every external website or application action can be reversed. Review sensitive actions before allowing them.
Beta availability
The service may change, pause or fail during the private beta. Do not rely on it as the sole copy of critical data or as an emergency service.
Payments
Public paid checkout is disabled in the current private beta. No public price shown on this site is an offer because no public prices are published.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nimo to break the law, compromise systems without authorization, evade security controls or expose credentials that you are not authorized to use.
