What Nimo needs to operate
Nimo is a work agent. It processes only the information needed for the workspace features you use and keeps tenant boundaries enforced by the service.
Task and run data
Task text, approvals, run state, audit events and usage records are stored so the workspace can execute and show real history.
Browser Live View
Browser tasks may produce frames and control events used to show Live View and the recorded run state.
Devices and files
Device or file metadata is processed only when those features are connected and authorized for the workspace.
Credentials
Passwords are handled by the authentication provider. Do not place secrets in normal task text; use Secure Input where supported.
Sharing and advertising
Nimo is not an advertising product. Workspace data is not exposed to another tenant through the normal customer APIs.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the feature and workspace policy. The private beta does not promise an indefinite archive; organization administrators should keep independent copies of critical business records.
